Position Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic and organised individual to step into the role of Personal Assistant/ Trainee Agent. As the right hand to our experienced team, you will immerse yourself in the fast-paced realm of the entertainment business, client relations, and artist management. We are looking to invest in someone who can step up into an agent role. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to learn and grow within one of London’s top agencies.

Your Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include administrative tasks, client & artist communication, scheduling and market research. You’ll be mentored by industry experts, gaining firsthand experience in the intricacies of entertainment management. Responsibilities

Reporting directly to CEO & Creative Director Jack Horner, the Personal Assistant/Trainee Agent plays a pivotal role in facilitating the agency’s daily operations:

  • – Collaborate with the CD on daily tasks and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  • – Familiarise yourself with the talents on our roster, understanding their unique requirements.
  • – Foster clear communication between current artists and clients.
  • – Maintain up-to-date AACE Artist Casting Profiles for all performers.
  • Contribute to social media placements.
  • Coordinate artist preparation for auditions/castings.
  • Undertake agency tasks and liaise with clients regarding artists’ needs.
  • Facilitate the integration of new artists into our portfolio.
  • Assist the CD in preparing artist evaluations.
  • Support the CD in the hiring process and follow up on logistics with stakeholders.
  • Aid in planning, monitoring, and integrating new artistic team members.
  • Organise and prepare agendas
  • Representing the CD in their absence.
  • Demonstrate an overall knowledge of the agency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in the entertainment sector.
  • Demonstrated management qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in G-mail, Excel, Word/Pages.
  • Strong time management skills.
