What you can do
These classes have been designed to incorporate unique and creative approaches to physical development. The sessions will look at many of the complementary components to circus training such as general fitness, strength, range of motion, movement quality and skill acquisition including handstands and basic acrobatics.
When you can do it
Fridays at 1pm
Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any courses on our Adult or recreational Youth programmes during Term 1 (September - December 2020).
