About
Rope is an aerial circus skill that involves dynamic shapes and climbs on a hanging rope.
One of the more challenging skills, Rope is closely connected to Silks and uses similar techniques. Exercising your core and upper body strength, you’ll focus on dynamic and creative ways to climb the rope, involving various positions and drops.
Who it’s for
Rope 1 is suitable for complete beginners or those who have completed an Introduction to Aerial course
