Are you ready to soar but not sure where to start? Our Try Fly class is the perfect introduction to the exhilarating world of Flying Trapeze. Designed especially for beginners, this one-off class allows you to experience the thrill of flying through the air, even if you’ve never tried anything like it before.

What to Expect
Youâll start on the ground, where our expert instructor will guide you through the basics. First, youâll get a feel for the trapeze by practicing how to hold your own body weight and swing while lifting your feet off the ground. Once you’re comfortable, youâll be gently introduced to the rig. This involves climbing the ladder, stepping onto the platform, and learning how to reach for and hold the trapeze bar. Finally, youâll take the leap, jumping off the platform and swinging through the air. Youâll learn basic moves and experience the rush of adrenaline that comes with flying. Itâs an incredible full-body workout thatâs as exhilarating as it is rewarding. This class welcomes anyone, and you can progress at your own pace – choosing to go as far as you are comfortable.
Safety First
We know that trying something new can feel a little daunting, especially when it involves heights. Thatâs why our setup, known as âpetit volant,â is designed with your safety in mind. Youâll be securely harnessed throughout the experience, allowing you to focus on having fun and building confidence.

Who is it for?
You donât need to be an athlete to enjoy Flying Trapeze, but a bit of strength is helpful. If you can hold your body weight for at least 20 seconds, youâre ready to fly with us! And if youâre unsure about your strength, youâre still welcome to join. You can practice holding your weight on the static trapeze on the ground or get comfortable with the equipment at waist height. Our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel supported and confident.
